Description — We describe all items as accurately as we are able, based on our inspection process. Our Certificate of Authenticity documents our assessment at the time of sale. It does not constitute a manufacturer’s guarantee or service record.
Price — Prices are agreed individually prior to each transaction. Where no price is listed, all pricing is available on enquiry.
Payment — Payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before completion. We accept bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments above the threshold required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Consumer rights — Where you purchase as a consumer, you retain the statutory rights afforded to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Where we purchase from you, the terms of purchase will be confirmed in writing at the time of the transaction. We are required under anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of sellers in certain circumstances, and to retain records of transactions.
5. Consignment
Consignment arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement entered into with each client. In the absence of a signed agreement, no consignment relationship exists.
6. Valuations
Written valuations are provided as expert opinion based on inspection of the piece and prevailing market conditions at the date of valuation. They are not a guarantee of sale price or insurance settlement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any transaction or service is limited to the value of that transaction or service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
