Sourcing & Finding

You know the reference you want. Finding it — in the right condition, from a credible source, at a fair price — is where the work lies.

We maintain relationships across the secondary market and monitor private and trade channels on an ongoing basis. If you brief us on a specific reference, case size, dial variant, or budget, we will conduct a focused search and present options with full documentation.

Our fee for this service is 3–5% of the purchase price, agreed in advance and payable on successful acquisition. There is no charge if we are unable to source to your specification.

Consignment

If you have a watch or collectable you wish to sell, but would prefer not to deal with the platforms, the enquiries, and the negotiation yourself, we can handle the process on your behalf.

We assess the piece, agree a reserve price with you, market it through our own channels and network, and manage the transaction from enquiry through to completion. You remain the owner until the sale concludes. Our consignment terms are agreed individually — please get in touch to discuss.

Valuation Certificates

A formal written valuation serves several purposes: insurance documentation, estate administration, a pre-sale benchmark, or simply a record of what you own.

We produce written valuation certificates based on a structured assessment of the piece and current market evidence, provided for insurance replacement value or open market value as required, and presented in a format appropriate for submission to insurers or solicitors.

Please note that we are an independent dealer, not a regulated financial adviser. For valuations required in the context of a formal legal proceeding, we will advise whether an independent specialist report would be more appropriate.

Customisation Brokerage

Dial refinishing, bespoke strap commissions, case restoration, and movement decoration are a distinct discipline — one that requires careful selection of the craftspeople involved.

We maintain relationships with a small number of trusted specialists and can broker introductions, manage the brief, and oversee the process on your behalf. We do not carry out modification work ourselves. This service is available on a case-by-case basis.

Servicing & Restoration Referrals

Movement servicing, pressure testing, crystal replacement, and bracelet restoration require marque-specific knowledge and workshop access. We work with trusted independent watchmakers and, where appropriate, authorised service centres, and can make introductions based on the specific piece and its requirements. We do not charge for referrals; this is offered as a courtesy to our clients.

Collector Storage

For clients with collections that exceed their day-to-day storage arrangements, we offer a discreet holding service under agreed terms. Pieces are held in appropriate conditions, fully documented, and insured under the arrangement.
